  • What is MyMillennium?
    MyMillennium is Millennium Hotels and Resorts' global travel loyalty programme, enabling members to earn MyPoints on their dining and stays with Millennium Hotels and Resorts. Members enjoy exclusive rates and exclusive benefits designed to elevate their stay. MyPoints can be redeemed for rewards, including complimentary nights, room upgrades, dining vouchers, and online shopping with MyRewards, with over 100 exciting brands available on the catalogue.
  • Which are the hotels participating in MyMillennium programme?
    We have over 140 participating hotels and resorts across Asia, China, Europe, Middle East, New Zealand and North America. Click here to explore the full list.
  • How do I sign up for an account on MyMillennium?
    To sign up for MyMillennium, simply fill out the brief online registration form on our website or through the MyMillennium mobile app. Alternatively, you can complete an application form at any participating hotel and submit it to our staff during check-in.
  • Who is eligible to join MyMillennium and is the membership free?
    Individuals who are 18 years old or older can join MyMillennium, and membership is free.
  • How many membership tiers does MyMillennium offer, and what are the qualification criterias for each tier?

    The MyMillennium program features three membership tiers: Classic, Silver, and Prestige.

    • Classic - The basic membership tier that is free to join.
    • Silver – Members who stay a minimum of 10 qualifying nights or spend US$625 on dining at any participating hotel within a membership year qualify for Silver status.
    • Prestige - To qualify, members are required to either stay a minimum of 20 qualifying nights or spend US$1,250 on dining at any participating hotel within a membership year.
  • What are the benefits of joining MyMillennium?
    Members will enjoy exclusive member rates and offers, special perks and earn MyPoints for qualifying room night stays or dine at any participating restaurants. MyPoints can be redeemed for room stays, dining vouchers and more. Click here for a comprehensive overview of all member benefits.
  • What is a qualified room night?

    A qualified room night is when you book your stay at eligible room rates at participating hotels directly via our website. 
    Non-eligible room rates include:

    • Complimentary rooms
    • Commissionable room rates booked via third parties (for example, travel agents, online travel agents, etc.)
    • Room rates provided in conjunction with airline and/or travel industry discounts
    • Room rates of airline crew members paid by the airline
    • Room rates for group conventions or corporate meetings
    • Room rates for selected long-term stays
    • Room rates on ad hoc special (promotional) discounts
     
  • Can I still enjoy the membership benefits if I have booked a non-eligible room rate?
    Yes, you can still enjoy your membership benefits even if you book a non-eligible room rate. However, please note that you will not earn MyPoints for the stay, and the nights stayed will not contribute to the tracking of Double Points perks (for every 10 nights stayed) or membership upgrades.
  • What membership benefits can I enjoy during my birthday month?

    During your birthday month, you will be able to enjoy:

    • Earn Triple Bonus Points on stays within your birthday month
    • Dining discount vouchers (May vary based on membership tier)
    • Special celebration treats from the hotel
     
  • What should I do if I did not receive my Birthday Celebration Treats?
    Check that your Date of Birth is correctly reflected in your profile and update your profile on our website if required. If you face any difficulties, please reach out to our Membership Support to have it corrected and to receive your birthday email.
  • I have created a new account, but I already have an existing account, how can I combine the two?

    To combine your accounts, kindly reach out to our Membership Support and provide us with the following details: Membership Name, Membership Number & Membership Email & Email.

  • How can I update my account profile details?
    You may update your details on the brand website or open your MyMillennium App and log in to update your profile.
  • I forgot my password, what should I do?
    You may change your password here and enter your registered email address to reset your password.
  • How can I update my password?

    Complete the following steps to update your password:

    1. Click here to Go to My Account 
    2. Select 'Change My Password' tab
    3. Enter your Current Password followed by your New Password, and confirm to update
       
  • Can I earn MyPoints whenever I stay/dine in hotels under Millennium Hotels and Resorts?
    Yes, all MyMillennium members can earn MyPoints when staying or dining at participating hotels. However, your stay must be booked through the brand's website or MyMillennium App.
  • As a MyMillennium member, how many points will I earn?
    • Classic members will earn10 MyPoints for every US$1 spent on qualifying rooms and other hotel services (excluding taxes) at participating hotels.
    • Silver members get 15 MyPoints for every US$1 spent on qualifying rooms and other hotel services (excluding taxes) at participating hotels. 
    • Prestige members get 20 MyPoints for every US$1 spent on qualifying rooms and other hotel services (excluding taxes) at participating hotels. 
    • Members will earn 5 MyPoints for every US$1 spent on dining for non-staying guests capped at US$5000.   
     
  • How long will it take for MyPoints to be posted in my account?
    Please allow 3-5 business days after you have checked-out for points from a recent stay to post to your account. If it has been more than 5 business days and your points are still missing, please reach out to Membership Support.  
  • How long will it take for promotional bonus points to post to my account?
    The time needed for awarding points may vary with each promotion, please allow up to 6 - 8 weeks for the bonus points to be posted to your account. If it has been more than 6 - 8 weeks and your points are still missing
  • Are my MyPoints exchangeable for cash?
    MyPoints are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash.
  • Can I transfer MyPoints to another MyMillennium member?
    To transfer points, please log in to your account on our website or app.
  • Do MyPoints expire?
    MyPoints are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued and expires on the last day of the 12th month unless your membership lapses or is cancelled.
  • Can I use MyPoints to make a room booking?

    Yes, you can redeem your MyPoints on a room booking by logging in to your MyMillennium account and completing the following steps:

    • Choose your preferred hotel and date
    • Upon check-out, click Pay with Loyalty Points and the number of points required will apply

    If you have insufficient MyPoints, you may settle the balance amount with a credit card or cash.

    For room booking redemptions, members must cancel room bookings at least 72 hours in advance (if permitted). Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of MyPoints. MyPoints will be reinstated within 3-5 working days after cancellation with a three-month expiry from the date of reinstatement. 

  • What can I use MyPoints for?
    You can redeem your MyPoints for room bookings, room upgrades, and F&B dining vouchers. You can also use them for a range of exciting rewards, such as gifts and vouchers, available in our MyRewards Catalogue (Online Mall).
  • Can two MyMillennium members earn MyPoints for the same room booking?
    Only the MyMillennium member whose name is associated with the booking will earn MyPoints for that stay.
  • Can I earn both MyPoints and Frequent Flyer miles for qualifying nights?
    As a MyMillennium member, you can choose to earn either MyPoints or Frequent Flyer miles for each qualifying night. Please let the hotel staff know your preference upon check-in.
  • How can I earn Triple Bonus Points during my birthday month?

    During your birthday month, members can earn triple bonus points on qualified stays if both the check-in and check-out occur within that month. The bonus points will be credited on the 1st of the following month based on the highest revenue.

  • Can MyPoints be used for room upgrades during check-in and does it apply across all room categories?
    Yes, members can request for a room upgrade either during check-in or through online booking. Upgrades are available only to the next highest room category, with the Club room being the highest. Suites are excluded.
  • Is the amount of MyPoints needed for a room upgrade the same across all hotels?
    The points required for a room upgrade can vary depending on the room type and hotel collection.
  • How do I know if my request for room upgrade using MyPoints was successful?
    Successful room upgrade will be noted in your booking confirmation email. 
  • How can I use my USD$20 Welcome Gift Dining Credit?
    New members who enrol in the MyMillennium program can receive a USD$20 dining credit for use at participating Millennium Hotels and Resorts restaurants, requiring a minimum spend of USD$50, to be redeemed within 30 days using a voucher code sent to their registered email.
  • Can I request to extend the validity period of my e-vouchers?
    Unfortunately, extending the validity of e-vouchers is not allowed.
  • I have a voucher to use, what should I do?
    Please print the voucher that was sent to your registered email address and present it upon payment. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions stipulated on the voucher.
  • I did not receive the vouchers I redeemed, what should I do?

    Please reach out to our Membership Support.  

  • What should I do if I accidentally redeemed the wrong item on the catalogue?
    All redemptions made with MyPoints are final and cannot be refunded or cancelled. MyPoints will be charged accordingly regardless of any accidental redemption made. Kindly ensure that you have select the correct items upon confirmation.
  • Is there any expiry of the vouchers redeemed with MyPoints?
    Yes, please refer to the Terms & Conditions stated in the vouchers you have received.
  • Can I use the dining discount at all restaurants under Millennium Hotels and Resorts during my birthday month?
    The dining discount voucher is applicable for use at participating hotels under the MyMillennium programme with eligible dining services. Click here to see the list of participating locations.
