Starting 2 January 2025, The Lobby Lounge will be ringing in this auspicious season with the Prosperity Afternoon Tea, a wonderful collection of treats that celebrate familiar flavours in new inventive ways.
As you enjoy serene views of the Singapore River, spoil yourself with savoury bites like the Chicken Dried Meat with Gruyere Cheese & Sweet Mayo, or the Crispy Nian Gao with Cheese. Sweet desserts are just as sure to please, like the fragrant and nutty Osmanthus Walnut Tart, Jasmine Milk Roll and delectable Black Sesame Choux.
