Inviting interior is influenced by Chinese design that is 40% moderately contemporary and 60% classic. To enhance the restaurant by using sleek wooden elements (represent the forest), stone (represent the mountains) and water features (represent the rivers).
Well-made, authentic Qian home-style cooking or comfort food – focus on simpler pleasures. Produce with fresh local ingredients; organic when possible to use products from the organic farm at the mountains, forests and rivers. Integrated together with visual presentation design dressed itself in a move to introduce its fantastic long established of Chinese cuisine, also featuring influences from Huaiyang and Sichuan culinary.
