Price Match Guarantee Terms

1. Comparable Websites: Our Price Match Guarantee only applies to the websites compared in the ‘Price Match’ section of our website.  We reserve the right in our sole discretion to determine with which sites the price match will apply.

2. Same Offer: Our Price Match Guarantee only applies to comparable offers displayed on the websites compared.  A comparable offer means an immediately bookable room-only rate at the same hotel, of the same room type, for the same number of guests, for the same dates of stay, available to the public, and subject to the same booking or cancellation conditions, etc.

3. Comparable Pricing:  Our Price Match Guarantee does not display ‘live’ prices from the websites compared.  While we endeavour to keep the pricing up-to-date with periodic checks of the other websites throughout each day, the pricing on the comparable sites and as such the comparable pricing on our site may not match the actual ‘live’ pricing on the comparable sites.  Real time pricing displayed on such other websites would need to be confirmed through those sites directly.

4. Currency fluctuations:  We will convert any lower competing rate in a different currency into the same currency as the rate offered on our website, using the exchange rate determined by us in our sole discretion. Currency exchange rate fluctuations are beyond our control.

5. Taxes, tips and incidental fees:  Our Price Match Guarantee only applies to the room rate for the duration of the reservation and does not apply to taxes, tariffs or fees imposed by any regulatory or governmental authority.  Tips, guest incidental charges, food and beverage charges, resort fees and any other fees or charges (including credit card transaction fees) that you may incur while booking or during your stay are also excluded when comparing our rate against any other rate for the purposes of our Price Match Guarantee.

6. My Millennium members: My Millennium loyalty points (My Points) awarded to My Millennium loyalty scheme members under any Price Match Guarantee are subject to the My Millennium terms and conditions and will be based on the Qualifying Spend (as defined in those terms) actually paid by the My Millennium member for their stay. 
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee at any time and without prior notice to you.  Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The terms of the Price Match Guarantee are governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
