• Guest is entitled for a complimentary Single-day ticket for Wild Wadi Waterpark.
• Tickets will be issued by Front Office team upon request.
• Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. 
• Tickets are void if altered or damaged. 
• Ticket holders must present their Tickets upon entering an Entertainment Venue.
• Guest must present a valid Wild Wadi Waterpark hotel package confirmation along with the online ticket provided by the hotel at counters prior to issuing of the entry wristband at waterpark.
• Entry to the Entertainment Venue is subject to the terms and conditions displayed at the entrance of each of the Entertainment Venue and available from guest services or online at www.wildwadi.com

Tickets Validity 

• Single-day admission Tickets are only valid on the day on which they are redeemed. 
• Validity of Tickets are 7 days from their date of issuance.
