Keeping to its origin of Chinese-style steamboat while elevating the experience to embrace Singapore’s diverse cultures, the Buffet Restaurant showcased an extensive menu of fresh seafood, premium meat choices, msg-free broths, dazzling display of hand-crafted desserts, alongside signature Asian dishes and a series of house-dipping sauces by our in-house culinary team.
