Yes, at Copthorne Al Jahra Hotel & Resort we do have I-Fitness Gym it has sauna, swimming pool facilities. Hence, exclusive only for Men it is open 24 hrs. Except Friday it starts to open at 15:00hrs.

Unfortunately, we don’t have Spa facility at Copthorne Al Jahra Hotel & Resort.

However, guests can find other on-site recreational facilities including a spacious fitness center featuring a sauna, jacuzzi & steam room.
