Chinatown's street stalls have become quite the tourist attraction – here, you’ll find a cornucopia of goods on offer such as cheongsams (the elegant Chinese dress for women), costume jewellery and other knick-knacks. If you look a little closer, you'll also find a few gems such as traditional Chinese medicine halls, barbecued pork vendors, old-school tailors and antique shops. Even if you're not a shopper, it's still worth it to stroll down these red lantern-lined streets to take in the sights, sounds and smells.
