A fine dining, three Michelin star, French restaurant in the heart of Manhattan, Le Bernardin is known for its simple perfectly prepared fresh fare. The original restaurant was opened in Paris in 1972 by brothers, Maguy and Gilbert Le Coze, and served nothing but fresh fish.
